Jamie Joseph Jewelry has always been about the stones. Working together, Jamie and Jeremy Joseph convey their artistic vision by focusing on bringing light, shape, and an organic framework to some of the most beautiful stones in the world. Giving equal focus to qualities of movement, asymmetry, texture and luminosity, stones are transformed into wearable treasures with gold, silver, platinum and diamonds. Jamie has an artisan's aesthetic and her collections are renowned for meticulous craftsmanship, signature stone cutting techniques, and an abundance of color.

A woodworker and craftsman in his own right, Jeremy Joseph is the head stone cutter. His lapidary collaborations with Jamie have resulted in innovative techniques such as their unique glacier cut treatment and new and unusual organic shapes and textures.

About Toby Pomeroy:

As a boy living in the foothills of the Himalayas, Toby Pomeroy was captivated by native artisans creating stunning woodcarvings, furniture, jewelry and brass vessels by harmonizing simple tools, bare hands and imagination. Inspired by these craftspeople and touched by the natural beauty of the environment, Toby became fascinated with nature-influenced design. TOBY POMEROY studio is a handful of young artists who, fascinated with texture and form, live to work with their hands. Their commitment to live, learn and create in harmony has the artisans forging reclaimed gold into graceful forms inspired by the simplicity of nature. While technologies have come and gone in the over thirty years that Toby Pomeroy has designed jewelry, his studio continues to pursue the purity of the ancient craft. Like their process, the studio's designs are timeless, refined and beautiful.

Sarah Swell Trunk Show

Sarah Swell Trunk Show

Saturday, December 1st
1:00 - 6:00

11 Maiden Lane

Sarah Greenberg, the designer behind Sarah Swell Jewelry, creates hand-hewn treasures in precious metals that exemplify casual luxury. All of her pieces are meticulously crafted using ancient techniques.
Hailing from coastal New England, Sarah’s childhood was steeped in history, nature, and salt from the sea. An artist from a young age, she was always collecting, imagining and creating. While attending the School of the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, Sarah took a metalsmithing class on a whim. It was love at first flame. From that point on, she immersed herself in the jewelry industry, earning her degree at the Revere Academy Of Jewelry Arts and dreaming of one day creating her own line. That day came in 2008 with the launch of Sarah Swell jewelry.
Sarah is intrigued by the idea that jewelry has been worn since the beginning of history. It often signifies something special or important. It usually provides distinction and sense of self. It is great design that makes jewelry irresistible, and the handcrafted aspect that breathes life and character into a piece. These are all things that Sarah incorporates into her jewelry—creating distinctive treasures that are both timeless and timely. Often taking cues from the nature, her work has a raw, organic elegance that appeals to the jewelry lover in all of us.
Whether traveling, enjoying nature, exploring her city or collecting interesting relics, Sarah finds beauty and inspiration in the raw, unrefined and imperfect. She lives and works in Oakland, California and shares her life with her sweetheart and a posse of animals.
